We do not knowingly collect information from children as defined by local law, and do not target our website to children.

For example, all GuildOne employees are required to certify their understanding that personal information is considered confidential, that it is important to safeguard personal information, and that GuildOne will take appropriate action against any employee who fails to acknowledge these facts or adhere to the requisite standards of conduct.

GuildOne will use a self- assessment approach to verify compliance with this Privacy Policy and periodically verify that it is accurate and comprehensive regarding the information intended to be covered.
